Frying pan

Designed to operate 24 hours a day in a well-studied engineering manner to easily pass the chips into the frying pan.
The fryer is a frying pan in which there is oil. The chips are passed around, dipped, stirred in oil, and transferred to the back of the fryer for a period of time not exceeding 15 seconds, so the chips are cooked.
The chips are gradually lifted onto a mesh conveyor line built with a shaker to remove the oil as a first stage. It is equipped with a fire chamber inside the fryer, easy to clean. It heats the oil using a diesel-powered burner.
