This screw conveyor is used to feed raw corn directly and evenly from the tank to the blasting head feeder in the corn chips production line. The device is designed with a robust industrial structure made entirely of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with built-in protection and impurity removal mechanisms to ensure safe and clean operation.
It is equipped with a 100 kg tank with a bottom opening for easy cleaning. It also features a magnetic system to remove metal impurities, as well as a protective net to prevent operators from entering the machine during operation.

The blast furnace runs on gas or diesel, according to the customer's request, equipped with an Italian burner. The oven is completely insulated with fiberglass to preserve heat.
