Cooling Tunnel - Shock Chamber

The cooling tunnel (stun chamber) is one of the most important stages in the frozen French fries production line, as it works to quickly reduce the temperature of the potatoes from 5°C to -30°C, which helps maintain the texture and taste while preventing the formation of large ice crystals that may affect the quality.
Advanced working mechanism:

The conveyor belt inside the chamber moves the potatoes at an appropriate speed to ensure homogeneous cooling.
Relies on IQF rapid freezing technology to stabilize the product texture and maintain its quality.
