The fryer

The fryer is designed to operate 24 hours a day in a well-studied engineering manner to facilitate the passage of chips into the fryer.
The fryer is a frying pan in which there is oil. The chips are passed, dipped, stirred in oil and transferred to the end of the fryer for a period of time not exceeding 15 seconds so that the chips are cooked. The chips are gradually lifted onto the conveyor belt of a mesh conveyor built with a shaker to remove the oil as a first stage. Equipped with a fire chamber inside the fryer, easy to clean. It heats the oil using a diesel-powered burner. The fire chamber was completely insulated with a layer of fiberglass, 10 cm thick, from all directions and the outer body to maintain the safety of the working people, to maintain the temperature, to keep the oil temperature at the required level, and to provide diesel.

Flavor coating cylinder
